Restrictions:

Paintball Laser Tag: There is no age restriction for Paintball Laser Tag.
Paintball: All players must be at least 10 years old. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent / guardian signature.

Directions

1. Please fill out the Player Information section of the form and sign.
2. Players that are under 18 years old must have a parent / guardian fill out the Minor Aged Participants section.

Recommendations:

Paintball Laser Tag: We recommend players be at least 6 years old, or have a parent / guardian help the player, as the equipment can get heavy for kids under 6 years old..
Paintball: Anyone over 10 years old! We do ask that there is a parent / guardian on site for players that are under 14 years old.
