
Stay Calm Under Pressure
One of the really cool things about paintball is that just plain firing a paintball marker will get your adrenaline pumping!
With that, sometimes we can have a little trouble keeping our composure… don’t ask me how I know…
So, when you are out at the park this weekend do your best to get yourself into an uncomfortable spot on the field AND… then when the pressure kicks in… the nerves… the “uh oh” / panic attack… gather yourself.
Take a deep breathe. BREATHE. It will all be a okay, and putting yourself in these positions and then ACTIVELY WORKING on staying calm will help you develop the wherewithal to handle that situation even better the next go around too! You’re training yourself!
So get out this weekend, play some paintball and PUT A LITTLE PRESSURE ON YOURSELF so that you can work on being THAT PLAYER that never cracks under the pressure
